This is a very nice community. For the most part it is very quiet. My husband and I have resided here since 2010 and we are year-round residents. Also, please note that one of the comments about the manager being a \bum\ is not relevant; he is no longer here and the poster has since deceased (poster was my dad, so I knew him well. He just didn't like the former manager. LOL) Come on in and check us out. I think you'll be surprised with how friendly everyone is!!! :)

Poor management. New owners, still not good, rumors are they will be getting rid trailer park residents. To set up as a condominium or apartment living. All of our friends have moved out. Explains why there are so many empty lots
